General Details
We deliver to a specific area of Sydney (see below).
Please note, all orders require at least 2 days notice. Towers and Bouquets require up to 1-2 weeks notice.
Please note: No guarantees can be provided for requests for specific delivery times, however, all orders will be sent by 5pm for all business addresses and 7pm for all residential addresses.
Delivery fees are based on distance from our delivery base, Hammondville, Sydney. Please contact us for more information.
We are closed on Public Holidays.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, we must receive your cancellation request at least 24 hours prior to the delivery date.
Unattended Gifts
It is recommended that you select a delivery address where someone is available to sign for the bouquet on arrival to avoid re-delivery delays.
In the event that no-one will be at available to receive and sign for your delivery, you may have the products delivered to a safe place.
Please provide specifications and detailed instructions in the “Delivery Instruction” text box when placing your order.
James and the Chocolate Berry does not take responsibility for the safety of your gift if you choose to leave the gift unattended.
In the event the courier is unable to leave the gift unattended this may result in a re-delivery fee or your gift requiring collection from the depot.
